This dental place is literally money hungry. They are telling you they are completing the work but in reality they are half doing it and it’s causing infections years later. They did fraud they told insurance they did all the work in my teeth and come to find out they never did it. They just claimed the money I went to another dentist and found out. I reported this dentist to insurance and even to the dental board. Now they got caught. Be careful going here.

Front desk is rude and treats people poorly. I called for a dental emergency after I received a filling here and it fell out, Minesha (who wouldn’t give me her name, I found out once I got to the room and asked) told me it’s not my business how much they billed my insurance, I asked to speak to a manager due to her attitude. After the practice manager accommodated me to get me an appointment, I went inside for my 2 o’clock appointment and Minesha got up from the desk saw me rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look. I don’t think customers should be harassed in such a negative manner from the front desk staff. I discussed the issue with the manager who could care less and say she’ll write it down in Minesha chart. Basically accepting her behavior and thinking it’s ok to treat customers like that. Truly a disgusting experience.

This office deserves 0 stars. I had a very disappointing experience at Share Dental Associates I originally came in for a root canal, which had already been diagnosed by my previous dentist. However, this office required me to schedule a cleaning before they would even check the root canal, which delayed treatment. The cleaning was actually the best part of the experience, and the female dentist did a great job. Unfortunately, everything after that was frustrating. I had a root canal done by Dr. Patel, but I continued to have pain in other teeth. I mentioned this multiple times, but my concerns were dismissed. At one appointment I waited an hour and 40 just to be seen, and the dentist looked at my teeth without even taking X-rays and simply prescribed medication. Later the office contacted me saying the doctor would remove my crown to check for infection, so I came back for that appointment. Instead, they did not remove the crown to check for infection! and only adjusted it, saying they didn’t see an infection. This was extremely frustrating because that was the entire reason I returned. I highly recommend Dr. Goral Patel as a dentist. She is amazing and exceptional at what she does! I’ve been seeing her for 1+ year and have had 5+ appointments with her. At every visit, she consistently checks in to make sure I’m comfortable throughout each procedure. If you need your gums numbed more just say the word! If you need to pause, just raise a hand. She always has these little processes in place to make sure you’re okay. Her technique is precise and gentle, and she takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why, which makes a huge difference as a patient in my opinion. Dr. Goral has a reassuring presence that most patients love to have in their dentist. Any questions you have, she answers thoroughly and clearly. It’s rare to find a dentist like her, don’t let a few bad comments make you think otherwise! Thank you for taking the time to read, I assure you she’s one of the best.

Our family has been coming for the last 12 years, and have always been happy. We have recently seen Dr. Goral Patel, their newest hire. She has an amazing kind, soft bedside manner. I really appreciated how she explained the ramifications of cavities and now brushing your teeth correctly to my child. She showed him the cavities on his mouth, taught him how to brush his teeth and floss, and ensured that his experience be a pleasant one, even with all his cavities.
